Work you'll do
As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
- Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions
- Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
- Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership

The team
Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation to include, experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures such as Data Mesh, Lakehouse, Data Fabric, and cloud data platforms
- 2+ years experience leading enterprise AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, including MLOps, DevOps, NLP, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic frameworks
- 2+ years of experience shaping executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning data analytics professional services deals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Experience architecting or leading Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI and data solutions, including services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, and Looker
- Experience designing cloud-native AI/ML platforms on GCP to support model development, deployment, MLOps, and enterprise-scale adoption
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM solution patterns on GCP, including RAG, intelligent agents, NLP, and workflow automation
- Ability to translate enterprise data architecture patterns such as Data Mesh, Lakehouse, and federated data products into GCP-based implementations
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or similar cloud AI certifications
- Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
- Experience presenting to large/small and technical/non-technical audiences
