This is a non-tenure-track, benefits-eligible position with primary responsibilities in teaching. <span> </span></font></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Arial"><font size="2">The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in geotechnical engineering. Teaching load for this 9-month appointment is expected to be 3 to 4 courses with a maximum of 2 courses per semester.</font></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Arial"><font size="2">The CEE department is committed to building a culturally inclusive educational environment. Successful candidates must have four (4) years of geotechnical research or engineering experience; and at least one (1) year of teaching or teaching assistant experience. </span><span style="text-align: left; font-family: Arial">The budgeted salary range for the position is $65,000 - $75,000, for a 9-month service basis paid over 12 months.</span><span style="text-align: left; font-family: Arial"> </span><span style="text-align: left; font-family: Arial">Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
