With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all. <br><br>Overview <br><br>In support of the ongoing operation and evolution of the CDIP platform, Mastercard is seeking a Commercial Data Integration Platform - Lead Developer to lead a team of developers, including both internal employees and Statement-of-Work contractors. This leader will oversee the deployment, operation, and continuous enhancement of the platform while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and data governance requirements. <br><br>The ideal candidates will help build and enhance a platform that leverages Databricks to ingest Recorded Future data, evaluate it alongside comparable Mastercard datasets to uncover synergies and actionable patterns, and ultimately enable a scalable pipeline for commercializing these insights within Mastercard products<br><br>Role <br><br> Lead and mentor development teams in the day to day execution of CDIP build, deployment, and enhancement activities<br> Collaborate closely with internal architecture and leadership teams to ensure developers clearly understand requirements, design intent, and recommended solution patterns<br> Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure full alignment with Mastercard policies, standards, and compliance expectations<br> Proactively surface risks and blockers to leadership to maintain transparency and ensure timely resolution<br> Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and operational excellence across the development lifecycle<br> Support platform reliability and performance, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of operational processes<br> Contribute to technical strategy, offering insights on tooling, automation, and architectural enhancements that strengthen the CDIP ecosystem<br><br>All About You <br><br> The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of increasing technical responsibility and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem solving capabilities. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
