MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Training Supervisor, the work youll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Navy and Marine Corps Sector. You will play a crucial role in training the GDIT Team to execute work safely.
Lead/Manage/Support QEHS Training supporting Waterfront and Industrial Site Operations
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve QEHS training
Drive first time quality and Safety all the time mindset.
Utilize Microsoft office and other computer programs.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your QEHS Training expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Training Supervisor must have:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 5+ years of related experience, knowledge of US Navy fleet modernization work in shipyard environment, knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1915, Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items
Technical skills: Skilled in waterfront operations including Hot work, paint removal
US citizenship required

Role requirements: Ability to access both Private and Public Shipyards.
