Work you'll do
As a Guidewire Integration Developer Consultant , you will use your experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications-including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related digital components-to help deliver integrated solutions for insurance clients. You will work with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, support configuration and development across Guidewire applications, and build integrations between Guidewire and enterprise platforms such as payments, document management, and third-party data providers. You will also assist with data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation, and collaborate with architects, integration and data teams, and QA to help implement and deploy reliable services across the broader technology landscape.
As a Consultant, you will contribute to team success by supporting collaboration, sharing knowledge with junior team members, and participating in internal initiatives that strengthen Deloitte's capabilities, strategic priorities, and culture.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering cross-suite integrations across Guidewire InsuranceSuite and external enterprise systems. (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- 3 years of experience as a Guidewire Developer in insurance or consulting environments
- 2+ years experience with Java/J2EE tech stack with knowledge of the SDLC and integration frameworks
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Advanced degree
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration (Gosu scripting, Guidewire Studio, Data Model, Product Model)
- Guidewire ACE Certification
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 - $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
