Job Description: This job is responsible for defining the engineering approach within an end-to-end technology stack. This job will align to a technical domain but acts as contributor to multiple cross functional teams. Key responsibilities include engaging in development and production environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues and creating and ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise standards. This individual will lead single or multiple teams to deliver trusted, timely, and secure engineering design solutions that meet business outcomes and enterprise architecture. This role will be engaged in development and production environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues within and across technology stacks on an end-to-end basis. This individual will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise within one or more technical domains. The individual will also demonstrate the ability to decompose issues or objectives into units of work that can be assigned to other team members. Other key responsibilities of the role include creating and ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards. This individual will advocate and advance more efficient solution delivery practices and evangelize great design, engineering and organizational practices.
